At DOLK, we stand by our quality, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out.


 

Returns

 


We accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or if you’re just not vibing with it—but here’s the deal:

 

  • Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging (basically, in resellable condition).

  • Final sale items: No returns or refunds on discounted, sale, or promotional items.

  • Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service—if it gets lost on the way back, we can’t refund.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

 

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (no store credits unless you request).

  • Refunds may take 5-12 business days to show on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, hit us up within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll sort it—either a replacement or refund, your choice. Just send us:

 

  • A photo of the item and packaging
